Pure Raw Honey
WHAT IS PURE IRISH HONEY?
All the honey that I produce is 100% Irish from my bee hives in the Wicklow mountains directly to you. The honey is sold as raw which means that it is not processed or pasteurised, I simply extract it from the frames and course filter out the large particles before bottling it.
I’m also registered with the Department of Agriculture and am a member of FIBKA Federation of Irish Beekeeper Associations and have public and product liability.
WHO AM I?
Hi, I’m Callum Scanlon, founder of Pure Irish Honey. I’ve been passionate about bees since I was young, and what started as a school project has grown into a small business producing local, raw Irish honey.
I’m now studying Culinary Science at TU Dublin and continue to care for my hives in Co. Wicklow. My honey is 100% natural, unprocessed, and full of the unique flavours of the Irish countryside.
